Known Problems

1. When you use CIBC online banking, you may fail to add our account as payee. You have to call CIBC serice, let them add it.

2. Due to the internet speed and bank server limitaion, some online banking sites are very slow. Be patient to wait for site to finish your request when you adding the payee.

3. Some banks does not support Reference Code transaction, you must wait for the next business day to finish the transaction.

4. Some banks only accepts 6 digits as your account, please use the first 6 digits.
